Face masks~ They’re simple, usually inexpensive, and can be very beneficial to your skin/ appearance. Sometimes feeling better on the outside can help you feel better on the inside.
Journaling~ Journaling can help to declutter and/or organize your thoughts. Sometimes laying everything out on a piece of paper can help you figure out or make since of something bothering you. You can also decorate it as much or as little as you’d like.
Stretching/Yoga~ Turn on some music, find a comfortable space, stretch, and relax. You can also find yoga videos On YouTube if you want to try something new or more advanced.
Baths~ The next time you’re feeling stressed, tense, or just want some peaceful time to yourself, go run a bath. You can make it as minimal or fancy as you want but get in with a book, something to watch, or just relax in silence.
Reading~ My favorite past time!!! There’s nothing like getting into a really good book. When you’re reading you don’t have time to think about anything but that book. It’s a good way to let go of reality for a while. Book recs coming soon!!!
