the MOST AUTHENTIC Italian food i’ve eaten🤤🤤

Had an amazing weekend dinner for my friend’s birthday celebration at Amò! 🎂(Based on friend’s recommendation and we DID NOT regret!!) We booked a table at the outdoor seating but was given a table indoors instead, blessing us with the gorgeous interior! The restaurant had great ambience and service though prices of food are on the higher side with appetisers starting from $22.

BUT let me just say their mains - pizza and pastas were amazing! Portions were enough for you to leave filling full ( It was HUGE for me and I couldn’t finish!!🥲)

Standouts were definitely the:

Mushroom Truffle Pizza ($35) - Contains truffle, mushroom, mascarpone and tuscan pecorino. Loved the texture that the mushroom added to the pizza ( I’m a huge fan of 🍄) and how the truffle taste wasn’t overwhelming!

Beef Shank Fettuccine ($30) - Consists of beef shanks, mushrooms and orange. The beef was so tender and the taste of the beef ragu was just amazing! Though the richness started to be a little overwhelming but still definitely worth the try!

Crab Strozzapreti ($35) - Tomato based strozzapreti with crab and mascarpone. This was the BEST pasta dish i ate the whole night, it was so flavourful and I had never tasted anything like it before!

Though i would say you could give the lobster tagliolini a miss if you aren’t a fan of thin pasta! BUT 100% worth a visit for any brunch , dinner or special events you have (such as a date or a celebration) that you can bring your friends or partners too!
