Tofu is one of the most common type of plant based protein for vegans .. so today, I’ll be sharing a dinner recipe using firm tofu as my choice of protein … this recipe results in crispy, flavourful and healthy tofu 🥰 I’ll be using air fryer to air fry it instead of frying it in a pan with much oil, thus it’s much more healthier😍
Ingredients:
- firm tofu
- carbs of choice ( I’m using quinoa )
- Vege of choice ( I’m using baby romaine )
- Paprika
- Chilli powder
- Salt
- Cornstarch
- Olive oil
1. Dice firm tofu into cubes
2. Coat firm tofu with some olive oil , cornstarch, paprika , salt and chilli powder
3. Toss them in an air fryer at 200°C for 15-20 mins
4. While waiting , boil you vege with water
5. Serve with warm rice / carbs of choice for a balanced dinner bowl
