— veggies egg soup —
1. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to the hot pan
2. Add 3 beaten eggs (2-3eggs)
3. Stir the eggs until it’s cooked
4. Set the egg aside
5. Add a cup of broth and water
6. Add half teaspoon of salt (May replace the salt with soy sauce too)
7. Add veges and the cooked eggs into the broth
8. Viola! It’s done!
