i got the iPh 15 instead of the new iPh 16?!

hi zesties!!!

this is such a first world issue but i’ve been contemplating whether to upgrade to the new iPh 16 bc ngl the launch was so disappointing 🙂‍↔️

some backstory i’m currently using the iPh 13 (bought in 2021) through telco which is what i’ve alws been doing every 2 years. so based on the timeline i was supposed to change to iPh 15 last year but i didn’t bc my 13 was working fine imo & i didn’t think i needed a new phone at that time. another reason was i felt that 15 was fairly similar to 13 so why not js wait another year for a bigger upgrade. ff to this year, my 13’s battery started to deplete v quickly & the batt health is at 76% 💀 i was so excited ab the 16 launch bc i literally waited 3 years for a solid upgrade but argh 🫥

reasons why i didn’t choose iPh 16 ite:

⊹ the camera looks so big & weird

⊹ the colours plsss wht is that pink 😞

⊹ the action button cus it felt so extra?

⊹ doubt i will rly use the AI function alot altho it is considered the biggest upgrade frm 15

do i regret it? not atm bc the blue is actl rly pretty hehe 🩵 will i change agn whn iPh 17 comes out? hopefully not i intend to use this long term…
