Loss: 2.8kg
Goal: 55kg
What I did:
1) Minum air 2L/day
2) IF 16:8
3) Diet Suku-Suku Separuh
4) Jangan makan lepas 7malam
5) Less Sugary Beverage
6) Calorie Counting (1000kcal/ day)
7) Exercise: stepping machine (target 500 steps/day) + 10min high intensity workout
Hi lemonades,
It has been a month in this journey.
Alhamdulillah I’ve lost 2.8kg and I’m gonna continue to reach my target.
I guess my goal is not just losing weight but I want to change my lifestyle to a healthier one.
For now I enjoyed food but with a controlled portion. I do take dessert but in a just enough quantity.
I don’t want to restrict certain food as it makes me want it more.
October-November is a birthday months for my family. Almost every week we’ll have a gathering, thus my weight will increases a bit but it will goes down again in few days.
The key to any weight loss journey is consistency, thus I hope I did not lost the key 😅
