日本橋高島屋の北海道フェアで実演販売で網焼きしていました。

じっくり炊き込んだおこわと脂乗り抜群の旬の秋刀魚を大葉で包み、特製醤油タレに漬け込んだ一品。

一尾丸ごと使用した秋刀魚はとても肉厚で脂乗り抜群。旨みがご飯に溶け込んでいて、醤油タレで香ばしく食欲掻き立てる味つけ。

また、大葉のアクセントのおかげで後味さっぱりさせてくれます。

ふっくら炊いたおこわのもちもち感が美味しくて、食べ応え満点です☺️

"Sanmanma" uses a whole, large Pacific saury (sanma) fish, perfect for the season!

At the Hokkaido Fair in Nihonbashi Takashimaya, they are grilling it right in front of you.

The dish is made of sticky rice that’s cooked slowly and wrapped with the fatty sanma fish and shiso leaf, then soaked in a special soy sauce.

The sanma fish is thick, juicy, and full of flavor. The taste of the fish melts into the rice, and the soy sauce gives it a nice, savory taste.
