The battle between k-beauty cushion & foundation 🗡

Back with another Banila Co Review and this time I’ll be touching on their Covericious Series - I own their 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘇𝗲𝗿 and just thought some of you may want to know the difference in terms of performance you can read on!

For reference, I’m typically shade 23 for k-beauty cushions ☺️

𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗼𝗻

• Coverage: medium, buildable

• Texture: on the thicker side

• Finish: glowy & dewy, like glass skin

• Transfer: Not mask-proof & transfer-proof

• Shade: 23 Peanut - claims to be medium beige

— 💭 my thoughts:

☺️ good coverage, able to cover pigmentation

☺️ interesting that it contains sunscreen (SPF 38)

🥲 shade has a greyish yellow undertone, a little too light for me

🥲 glowy finish is nice but skin can look oily & feel sticky - would advise you to use powder to combat that (still looks dewy but not sticky at all)

🥲 definitely need to moisturize before use, otherwise it’ll accentuate your dry patches

• Coverage: light & sheer for natural look

• Texture: lightweight, blendable to look like skin

• Finish: supposedly radiant, but more like a semi-matte to me

• Transfer: Not mask-proof & transfer-proof

• Shade: 01 Light Beige (Too light, 02 Natural Beige would probably look better on me)

— 💭 my thoughts:

☺️ love the natural no makeup look finish, super lightweight and feels like skin

☺️ interesting that it contains sunscreen (SPF 40)

🥲 definitely need to moisturize before use, otherwise it’ll accentuate your dry patches

𝗠𝗬 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗖𝗧: I personally prefer the 𝚃𝚒𝚗𝚝𝚎𝚍 𝙼𝚘𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚞𝚛𝚒𝚣𝚎𝚛 more as it looks more natural on my skin as compared to the Long Wear Cushion. It’s quite visible from the 1st picture! I also prefer the Tinted Moisturizer because I prefer something more lightweight on the skin for that natural no makeup look 😊
