TRY THIS salted honey matcha recipe!!🍵

I've been making tons of matcha lattes recently and have been experimenting with different recipes, combinations and ratios! My friend introduced me to adding honey to my matcha and I really liked it, especially as a sweet treat :)

So here's my own spinoff inspired by her reccomendation:

A salted honey matcha latte

Ingredients:

- 1 tsp honey (i use the honey from scoop)

- a pinch of salt

- 120ml milk

- 5g of matcha powder

- 30ml of hot water (not boiling)

Steps:

- whisk the matcha powder and hot water together

- add the honey and the salt to the matcha and mix using a spoon/frother*

- add mixture to your milk and enjoy!

*i do not reccomend using your chasen to incorporate the honey and salt as it may deteriorate the durability of your chasen
