6 months post-diagnosis

My symptoms:

-acne (the stubborn kind!)

-inability to lose weight (actually just kept gaining)

-midday crashes (3pm, right at school pickup)

-craving carbs and sweets (but could never satisfy them)

My plan:

-modifications of diet (much less refined sugar, choose healthier carbs)

-medication (metformin 2x per day)

-infrared sauna (hotworx ftw!)

My results so far:

-acne is improving (still left with scars though)

-have lost almost 25 pounds!

-noticeable strength increase in workouts (I think they call those GAINZ)

-still craving sweets, have been slacking on the diet changes lately
