📒Ingredients:
1. Aiyu seed Origin from Taiwan
2. Water- Usually boiled and then cooled to make the jelly base.
3. Optional Sweeteners: Sugar, honey, or other sweeteners for taste.
4. Optional Flavors: Lemon juice or other fruit juices for added flavor.
How?
1. Pour aiyu seeds into a washing bag, seal it to prevent leaks while rubbing.
2. Soak the basil seeds in water for 5 minutes.
3. Rub the basil seeds by hand for about 6 minutes until they lose their slippery texture.
4. The water will turn light tea-colored and thicken. Pour it into a container, refrigerate for around half an hour for it to set into a jelly-like consistency.
