Ingredients A
* All purpose four, Rice flour, Baking powder, Chicken powder, Salt, Turmeric powder, Water
Ingredients B
* Bean sprouts, Chives, Shredded carrot, Diced onion, Green and red chili peppers, Shrimp (prawns)
📒Instructions:
1. Mix all ingredients A and B thoroughly to form a thick batter. Then, place the batter in the refrigerator for half an hour. Chilling it will make the pancake crispier when cooked.
2. Heat an adequate amount of cooking oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Pour a portion of the batter into the pan (with small shrimp placed on top).
3. Flip and fry until both sides are golden, then remove from the pan to drain excess oil.
