Healthy version Egg Roll Gimbap😍

Today I made the purple rice version as a guilt-free alternative to regular rice. Here are some tips for handling the process:

☁️ Ingredients:

Purple rice, sesame seaweed mix, sesame oil, egg, salt

*You can optionally add ham and crab sticks ✔️

☁️How？

1. Cook purple rice till soft and sticky.

2. Spread rice on seaweed, leaving a border.Add fillings like ham, crab sticks.（optional）

3. Roll tightly away from you.

4. Make thin egg pancake in non-stick pan.

5. Place gimbap and cheese.

6. Roll again and slice✔️
