Here are the Top 7 Christmas Dinner Menu Ideas:

1. Lobster Bisque 🦞

Made from fresh lobsters, this smooth, creamy, highly seasoned soup is the star of the night. It's an unforgettable starter that everyone will sing praises even after a year! We practically dumped every bit of the lobster (except the body) into the soup. Can't quite remember where we got our fresh lobsters from, but here are alternatives from Red-Mart!

For those who crave a good soup but want to go hassle free, there's always the ready-made options! 🍲

2. Sous Vide Steak πŸ₯©

What's Christmas without a great medium rare steak?! We did the fancy way of giving our meats a great season before an immersive warm bath, all with the help of the precision cooker. Of course, we have got to get our meatst from our favourite Huber's Butchery!

3. Mashed Potatoes πŸ₯”

Key to great mashed potatoes is not so much about the recipe, but the type of Potatoes. Deffo had to get the Russet Potatoes from Pacific Gold, and tons of butter does the trick!

4. Blowtorched Seared Lobster 🦞

We kept the lobster body for this really gorgeous dish - first "semi-grilled" it in the oven before finishing it off with a blow torch to sear it. Could taste the freshness of the sea in our mouths - ooh la la, best combi with the lobster bisque.

5. Cheese Platter πŸ§€πŸ«•

Quite the typical - pick the cheeses, grapes, honey and crackers you love from your favourite supermarket and plate it on a beautiful wooden block, and violah! enjoy the cheeses of wonders. The cheese that stole the show has got to be the Truffle Brie - soooooo good!

6. Garden Salad πŸ₯—

Pick your most delightful and freshest greens - our go-tos are Baby Spinach, Ice-berg lettuce, cherry tomatoes and rocket arugula. Top it up with an extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, two pinch of salt, some unsalted nuts (optional for texture) and you're good to go!

7. Egg Nog πŸ₯š

Honestly... we didn't get to try this festive drink (yet) because we were all sooooo full from the mains. we'll be sure to try this coming year, so come back for the realistic egg-nog review! 🀑❀️
