Have a stay home X’mas celeb with your besties! 🎄

🎅🏻 it’s the Christmas holidays & instead of heading out to eat an expensive Christmas dinner.. me and my besties decided to do a stay home celebration! BUT be warned, this may or may not require basic culinary skills 💀

This was our menu:

1) Wild Mushroom Soup 🥣

-bought from NTUC for $5~

2) Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms 🍄

-minced meat, onions, tomato, cheddar cheese, pop them into your oven and you’re good to go

3) Bacon Mac & Cheese 🧀

-macaroni/pasta, cheese, milk, bacon and flour. Remember to add in flour so as to thicken and bind the liquids together otherwise the dish will be very wet!

4) Parma Ham Burrata with Cherry Tomatoes 🍅

5) Roast Pork 🐷

-bought from NTUC $20~

6) BBQ Pork Ribs 🥓

-bought from NTUC $30~

🎅🏻 we also got xmas deco and props from Daiso to get us in the Christmas spirit!

🌟did we regret not going out for a meal?? NOT AT ALL. Although it is a little of a hassle, the entire process of buying the food, preparing and cooking it, followed by finally digging in was priceless. We had so much fun and laughs along the way, and ngl although some of the food wasn’t that good but it was so much more meaningful than a meal out #WorthIt
