1) Decide on the task you need to do
2) Set a timer for 25 minutes
3) Focus only on your task until the timer rings
4) Take a 5-minute break
5) Repeat!

I love keeping our house clean but sometimes household chores like cleaning toilets, mopping the floor, folding laundry can be a pain in the ass. We will split the tasks and start tackling each area. It almost becomes a game, racing against time to finish home cleaning.

For big projects, Iโll break the tasks into smaller, achievable chunks and focus solely on it during the 25 minutes. Making conscious effort to not use my phone minimises distractions and allows me to get work done efficiently.
