Using new machine! Navigate with me -

All along I’ve been using the usual barbell/smith machine set up for my hip thrust & have never come across other machines till recently. So I finally had the chance to try out Nautilus Hip Thrust machine over at Platinum Fitness!!

It’s really daunting to try out this machine (esp when I’m petite, the machine it’s huge & twice my size) but hey, we all had to figure out new things at some point~

Navigate with me using this machine for the first time! 👆

If you have yet to try it, follow these simple steps to pump your glutes >> 🍑🍑

> Secure belt over your hips (not on tummy/thighs)

> Squeeze your glutes & thrust

> Push the handle out to unrack

> BEGIN YOUR SET!

> Rerack: thrust, pull the handle back in 👌
