Salsa for a carne azada!!

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my crazy life🤪 today I made a salsa for our carne azada! I’m not a professional by any means and I don’t have that gift of just throwing things in and it coming out good like our aunts and grandmas food(if you know ,you know )but it came out really good 😋

Ingredients:

15 Tomatillos (the small ones)

1 tomato

2 chiles manzano

Onion

Garlic

Salt

You wash everything and you put it on the grill! Make sure you turn over the ingredients so they all get nice and charred. Once they are all cooked, you transfer them to the blender add your piece of garlic and salt and blend. It came out spicy and delicious. I left the seeds in the chile manzano because we like things spicy but you can take them out. If you make it let me know how it comes out
