I remember one time my coach said “it isn’t normal to thrive in chaos, & feel like your worth id directly correlated to your production”

As usual, at first I didn’t like to hear that. I mean, who likes to be called out 😆 I know I don’t.

Sometimes, we just need to have that ear pulling to know there’s something to be changed.

For me, I needed to slow down and reevaluate my lifestyle after becoming a mom.

I simply couldn’t live the same lifestyle as before & something had to give.

Why? I was burning myself out…
