Peanut butter Chocolate Chip Protein Oat Energy Balls:
Yields 7 servings 🍽️
(Made a mistake🥲, it comes in at: 180 cal, 8g protein!!)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Kodiak oats
- 1 scoop protein
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbs chocolate chips
- 2tbs peanuts
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbs honey
- 2 tbsp almond milk
Instructions:
1. Measure and add all ingredients to a medium sized bowl
2. Mix everything together until it's sticky and thick (no dry spots!) 🍯
3. Divide into 7 servings and roll into balls
4. Refrigerate for 2 hrs+ and enjoy!
This is going to be a new go-to for me as the perfect sweet treat to get me through that mid-day and all the way to dinner! 🍫
