No bake mini m&m energy balls are a fun and yummy protein packed treat! Made with creamy peanut butter, honey, protein powder, rolled oats, and mini m&m's.
Here's the recipe:
• 11/2 cup rolled oats
• 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or nut butter of choice)
• 1/2 cup honey
• 1 portion vanilla protein powder (I used 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder from Clean Simple Eats)
• 1/4 cup mini m&ms
Combine all ingredients and roll into balls. Store in fridge for up to 5 days.
