When it’s only Wednesday, but you’re already dreading Friday and getting a proper rest? It happens to me very often & I always try to give myself a little mid-week self-care break to recharge and reset. I know it might be impossible to take a full day off, but spending 20-30 mins on some skincare, workout and cooking can boost your productivity and help wake up rested the next day 💤

Here are a few of my favorite recharging rituals:

Skincare & bodycare- I’ve listed some of my favorite products that make me feel like I just went to a salon, but you can use any of your favorite ones 💕 detoxing your scalp, doing a face mask, applying eye patches or massaging the face can really help to feel pampered on any day of the week!

Walking + yoga. Low-impact workout followed by a peaceful morning walk can make any day better and help you feel more accomplished and relaxed. You can replace yoga with a mat pilates or simply walk on a treadmill, just try to avoid high intensity exercises that can boost your cortisol levels.

Steam room + jacuzzi. The best duo for healthy sleep & body detox. I try to do it at least once a week and I always sleep like a baby after and feel amazing the following day!

Comforting food. Making a healthy dish at home (I made a lentil soup) can help your digestive system and just make you feel more relaxed and balanced.
