Be kind to yourself <3

Something I am actively working on is being kinder to myself, especially when I’m struggling mentally.

I do better some days than others but, I find the longer I work on it the more I slowly see the benefits.

Hardest part can be when others are trying to bring you down when you begin making progress. Best thing to remind yourself is that your growth scares them since they are now seeing how good life can be with hard work.

Don’t allow them to bring you back down. Remember your goals, your beliefs, and why you began this journey in the first place.
