Beautiful mountain of fine shaved ice that's infused with delightful essence of milk tea. Each scoop melts in your mouth, offering a rich tea fragrance and a satisfying level of sweetness. While it may not boast anything out of the ordinary, this dessert is undeniably exceptional as it maintains its flavor and consistency, even till the very last scoop.

Was surprised to find the white shaved ice to be infused with milk, offering a layer of sweetness and milkiness to complement the slightly tangy strawberry "jam". Digging deeper reveals chunks of cheesecake and some chiffon-like cake that tasted pretty mid. I'm not a fan of strawberry stuff in the first place so I didn't enjoy it as much as others.

The crispy toast features a pillowy soft and buttery interior with hint of sweetness from the maple syrup. Thankfully the accompanying ice cream wasn't too sweet so it went well together.

💬 TLDR: Might have been overhyped because I felt the desserts were a little underwhelming. It's good and pretty but I doubt I will queue for it.
