JB | Just visit this cafe...worth all the hype 😍💯❤️

@thefounderscafe.co has got to be the most hyped JB cafe among Singaporeans and I can see why. The instagrammable industrial themed cafe offers drool-worthy hand-rolled bagels, pasta and even quesadilla! And I have to admit, their service is reaĺly top-notch; super nice and attentive! 😍💯🤍

• 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐚 (𝐑𝐌𝟐𝟕.𝟓++) 🌟

Thai's version of quesadilla which featured fluffy Tomyam scrambled eggs, chicken ham, tomato slices, Alexa's Sriracha aioli, coriander & cheddar cheese sandwiched between tortilla sheets. Crisp and juicy with a robust burst of tomyam flavour followed by some eggy fragrance and a spicy kick. Interesting but surprisingly delicious combination that got us reaching out for a second slice. However, it did get jerlak after the second slice and the bottom started to get soggy from all the juice so would recommend to share if you are getting other dishes as well!

Crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside, a perfect textural contrast. It's on the sweeter side which I quite enjoyed and was nicely complemented with the cream cheese that's savoury, tangy and extremely fragrant. Not sure how they made something so simple, so delicious.

My go to 'chocolatey-coffee,' that hardly goes wrong in any cafes. The flavours of the Espresso shot and chocolate combined, gave a rich and luxurious taste though it would have been perfect if it's slightly sweeter.

💬 TLDR: It might be a little far as it's a 20mins drive from the custom, but it's definitely a must-visit if you have some time to spare. Food were interestingly delicious and comes in generous portion. But what really took us by surprise was the excellent service unlike others as the staff took the inititative to refill your water when we could have done it ourselves. Can't wait to be back to try the other stuff!!
