first, take notice of how you stand. remind yourself to stand straight, pulling your stomach in.
there are a few stretches you can do to improve posture, I’ve included two.
Plank:
Lay facedown on the floor
Lift yourself up, pressing forearms into the floor
Align your elbows directly under your shoulders
Tuck your butt in so your back forms a straight line
Engage your core
Hold for as long as you can
Chin Tuck:
Stand up straight and relax your body
Look straight ahead
Tuck your chin back into your neck
Hold for 5 – 10 seconds then release
