Ingredients:

1 pack / 115gr of appetite support nourishing soup 四神开胃汤, (I bought mine from Eu Yan Seng)

1500ml of water

300 - 500gr Vegetarian mutton or meat of your choice.

1 corn, cut into bite sized pieces

1 carrot, cut into bite sized pieces

Instructions :

1. Give the prewashed herbs a gentle final rinse under running water.

2. Prepare a soup pot with 1500ml of water.

3. Add in 300 - 500g vegetarian mutton or meat of your choice, corn and carrot.

4. Cover and bring soup to a boil before simmering on low heat for about 20 minutes (if use Pressure cooker, about 1.5 hours (if use Conventional Cooker) or 2 hours (if use slow cooker).

5. That’s it! Very easy and simple right?

Tips :
