Don’t know what to cook and eat today? How about this easy and delicious Steamed Tofu with Prawn?

Ingredients
1 tube Silken Tofu, sliced into 8pcs
8 prawns, peeled,deveined and tail-on
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 small knob of ginger, minced
Sauce
3 teaspoon Soy Sauce, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon Brown sugar, or to taste
1/2 teaspoon mushroom seasoning powder, or taste
6 - 8 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon corn starch
Spring onion & chili for garnish
Method
1. Arrange the tofu slices on a steaming plate and top each tofu with a prawn, add some minced garlic and ginger.
2. Bring the water to boil and steam over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes (depend the prawn’s size) or until prawn turn pink and cooked.
3. Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients, mix well and bring to boil.
4. Place the steamed tofu and prawn on a serving plate, discard the water.
5. Drizzle the sauce over the steamed tofu and prawn, Garnish with spring onion and red chilli. Serve immediately! Enjoy!😋
Tips : For more balanced meal, you can blanch some fine beans or other vegetables & place them on the bottom of steamed tofu and prawn like I did.
