Roasted cauliflower with chili crisp dressing

- 4 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 head)

- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1/2 tsp kosher salt

- 1/4 tsp black pepper

- 3 tbsp chili crisp

- 2 tbsp orange juice

- 1 tbsp sesame seeds

- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil

- 1 tsp honey

- toasted cashews, as desired

- chopped scallion, as desired
