The sauce was a GAME CHANGER! You can really tell that it is different from the other restaurants where it is most likely store-bought.

The tempura here is light and crispy, and the sauce doesn't overpower it, but instead complements the flavours of the ingredients. It makes each bite a delightful explosion of taste and texture! 🍤

2️⃣ Sashimi Shioyaki Set 🔥🐟

Shioyaki is Japanese for ‘salt grilled’, which is a method of grilling whole small fish on an open fire. It tasted slightly smoky, and it pairs well with the natural saltiness of the dish! 🔥

The sashimi that comes with the set was SOO INCREDIBLY FRESH, thick juicy slices of fish will just melt in your mouth! 🤤💖

3️⃣ Salmon Sashimi Set 🍣🔥

For those not into raw food, this lunch set with the classic cooked salmon is always a safe bet. It’s grilled to perfection, the tender and juicy crust makes each bite a comforting delight! 😋👍

4️⃣ Sashimi To Unagi Kabayaki Set 🐟🍱

The unagi (grilled eel) stands out, with its tender, flaky texture and rich, sweet-savoury kabayaki sauce. The sauce on the unagi is just HEAVENLY, seeping into the rice and creates a harmonious blend that is simply irresistible. 😍🍚
