My DBS account has been hacked 😭

I woke up today and saw an SMS regarding a DBS opt, but I didn't suspect anything until my colleague, HS, texted me and asked why I transferred her extra money. After checking my internet banking, I realized I was left with $4.19. I immediately called DBS to stop the transaction, and the staff, Ms. Ivan, advised me to lodge a police report.

The problem is, right now, I don't know what to do since I only have $30 in cash. As a student who doesn't work full time, I'm looking for solutions 😢😿. This incident has left me traumatized whenever I check my internet banking, and I have to stop shopping online.
