Ube Latte

I have an obsession with ube 💜

Or as my bf likes to say "ooo-baebae" every time I make one of these. To be fair, it's a 30 minute drive to the closest coffee shop that sells ube lattes. So, I decided to create my own at home!

Ube is a purple yam that is a commonly used ingredient in the Philippines, especially for sweets. It pairs perfectly with all types of desserts because of its mild nutty taste with notes of vanilla. Most of the time it's best with coconut.
