Ingredients:
Sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/4 cup chicken broth (or water)
2 tsp sugar
Onion
Garlic
Cooked Beef strips (or cooked chicken thigh cuts)
Carrots
*you can also add some cabbage*
Sesame oil
450g chow mein noodles (or egg noodles) *follow the packaging instructions and its best if theyโre slightly firm or chewy before stir-frying*
1. sautรฉ onion and garlic, add cooked beef/chicken, pour in some sauce and cook for a few minutes.
2. Add carrots, vegetables and noodles, stir fry, pour in remaining sauce, mix everything
3. Pour in some sesame oil, toss for 1 minute, remove from heat and serve
