Exploring the largest thrift market in Bali!

During my trip to Bali back in May, I visited the Frog Markets (Pasar Kodok). Prior to the trip, I saw a lot of TikTok’s recommending it, so my girlfriend and I decided to check it out to see if it was worth the hype!

Located just 30 minutes away from our Airbnb in Canggu, the Frog Markets is a spot that many locals go to shop for secondhand clothes. The market is huge, with many stalls selling their own selection of men’s, women’s and even children’s clothes.

The prices are really affordable (I spent a total of $25 SGD on 6 items) and the seller’s are open to haggling as well, so you can test your negotiation skills here! But do beware to check the condition of the items before purchasing as the stalls can be quite dirty and dusty. So if you’re a germaphobe do sure to bring along wet wipes and hand sanitisers to wipe down afterwards!

Didn’t really get to explore the market fully as it was a hot day and we had lunch reservations, but you could honestly spend half a day walking around!

So if you’re planning on visiting Bali and love a good thrift, I definitely recommend checking out the Frog Markets!
