Every Monday, I get our weekly groceries after I have meal planned for this week- planning is a MUST as a busy mom. I also really care about making homemade wholesome + nutritious meals, so in order to do that- planning ahead is key 🔑
This week is a much larger haul than normal because I had more things to restock AND I am making some freezer ready meals to have in time for when baby girl arrives… but everything I have on this list is what we typically rotate through and we try to keep it simple: lots of protein, produce, simple ingredients, organic when possible…
Here is my list of items I got this time (but not limited to others, of course)
Protein:
• grass fed or pasture raised ground beef
• organic free-range chicken thighs
• pre-cooked rotisserie chicken
• organic nitrate-free uncured bacon
• turkey deli meat
• Italian sausage- chicken this time

• Dave’s killer sandwich bread
• Siete burrito + taco tortillas
• Dave’s killer English muffins
Snacks:
• bear yo-yo fruit rolls
• pretzels
• go macro bars
• boom chicka pop popcorn
• culina yogurt
• protein bites
Beverages:
• water
• Waterloo sparking water, love all flavors
• poppi- currently obsessed with the orange and dr.pop flavors
• these Matt’s lemonade juice boxes are amazing
