Whole Foods is one of my favorite grocery stores to shop! They carry a variety of items and they have a bunch of organic and clean ingredient products that I absolutely love.

What I put in my body is very important to me and having groceries for the week is essential for maintaining a healthy diet and reduce eating out.

This is how I structure what I am going to buy when I go get groceries for the week :

1. I make sure that I check my fridge to see what is still good and what needs to be thrown out.

2. Then I plan what meals I would like to have for the week and my ingredients to go with those meals. (Ex. Breakfast; chicken sausage, eggs, and a slice of toast)

3. I also think about what snacks I might want and any extras that I may need for the week. I tend to go for snacks that have a lot of protein to boost my protein intake for the day! But I also get some snacks that are more of a โ€œtreatโ€ and always do my best to get a โ€œhealthierโ€ alternative.

4. As you can see, I separated my food into sections. After I plan out my meals and what ingredients I need I separate my list into these sections. It makes it easier for me to find what I need, and to only get what I need and nothing more or less.
