What to do on the weekend?

Let's go to our neighbouring country, Johor Bahru (JB).

This is my favourite breakfast place at Mount Austin - Our Toast Our Times. It is a classroom-inspired cafe with many interesting decorations. I kind of feel that it looks more like Taiwan High School than Malaysia Secondary School. There are many choices on the menu such as sandwiches, toasts, and the mains.

Alternatively, you can have Shun Fa Bak Kut Teh at Taman Sentosa. You only need to pay half or even less than what you are paying in Singapore.

After breakfast, you can sing K, massage, and play at Stars Archery at Toppen Shopping Centre. If you don't have a car to drive around, you can just Grab. There are many private hires available and usually, I am paying about 15 - 25RM (for 6-seater) per trip. In JB, you can find bubble tea shops anywhere and everywhere! So whenever you wish to rest, you can just grab one and chill in the shop.

We love Live Band so Monet will be a good choice for our dinner. We had a great experience at the restaurant with good ambiance and talented singers performing on stage.
