what I eat in a day!

this was a day on the go, so meals are always a little chaotic, but I still try to fuel my body properly!

for breakfast I had a bagel with cream cheese. We were running low on groceries so this was about the only option, but this mixed berry cream cheese is SO good!

I also had a little cereal bar for a snack with breakfast. I love having these stocked up to just grab throughout the day.

Of course I had my coffee for the day. I wait to have coffee until I’ve eaten enough so it doesn’t mess with my blood sugar levels too much.

For lunch we were at Walmart so we picked up these Italian pinwheels. They were very good definitely recommend.

For dinner we picked up some subway for the whole fam. I got a very loaded chicken bacon ranch sub and it was very filling. I had two cookies for dessert because subway cookies are everything!!💗 #lemon8partner #hellolemon8 #whatieatintheday #whatieatinaday #easymeals #healthymeals
