Coffee Cake

Coffee cake

2 eggs

1/2 cup of maple syrup

1 1/2 -2 cups of almond milk ( depends how moist you want it)

1tbsp of vinegar

1/2 cup of olive oil

1 tbsp of vanilla extract

3-3 1/2 of gluten free flour

2tsp of baking powder

1 tsp of baking soda

Pinch of salt

Cinnamon Sugar

1 cup of brown sugar

1-2 tbsp of cinnamon

Combine wet ingredients then dry ingredients.

Mix.

Pour half of batter in & add cinnamon sugar & then rest of batter.

Bake @ 350 for 45 minutes

Drizzle maple syrup after if desired.
