Summers in full force and so is my routine.
My current goals are more fat loss oriented, as I am pretty much happy with the amount of muscle mass that I have as it is. Therefore, I am slowly adding more cardio and focusing on eating high protein, whole, single ingredient foods.
Cardio can be extremely boring, trust me, I know. I am not a huge runner, and I find that steady state cardio works the best for my body anyways. However, cardio can be redundant and boring, so I’m always looking to spice up my routine a bit.

BEGINNING CARDIO (STAIRMASTER):
Two minutes on level five, and then one minute on level 10 repeating until you hit 20 minutes.
CORE:
- 3x AMRAP hanging leg raises
- 3x20 hanging single leg knee tucks
- 3x10-12 Weighted overhead decline situps
END CARDIO (TREADMILL):
15 minute cool down walk at whatever speed and incline you’d like!
