If you’re like me and you’re noticing that you are way too dependent on caffeine to function throughout the day, you might have a bit of an addiction. Unfortunately, too much caffeine can wreck your cortisol levels, imbalance your circadian rhythm, and hurt your gut/hormone health.

I am actively working on my caffeine addiction but I will be honest and say that some days or weeks are better than others. Sometimes I’m really on it and other times I need way too much caffeine to get through the day.
