This standing ab circuit is amazing if you want to strengthen your core while building stability and balance! Add it to your favorite workout or do it on its own. The only equipment needed is a single weight- dumbbells or kettlebells are perfect!

Move 1: 3x10 Static March

Hold your weight overhead with one hand. Slowly march in place, alternating knees and avoiding movement in your core. Both knees = 1 rep. Make sure to repeat with the other arm!

Move 2: 3x10 Around the World

Hold your weight in both hands and slowly circle around your head, avoiding any torso movement. Make sure to repeat in the opposite direction.

Move 4: Standing Oblique Crunch

Hold a weight in one hand. Slowly crunch toward and away from the weighted side for 1 rep. Repeat on both sides!
