Not my first time at this yoga studio!!! 😌🧘🏻‍♀️

I’ve been to this studio once before and it’s was a pretty good experience, just that I was feeling unwell so I couldn’t experience the whole yoga session in my best condition. This time, I went making sure I was feeling well and having eaten some breakfast! 😌

Yoga is a practice that can improve your strength, balance and flexibility. It enhances your well-being while giving a boost to your metabolism. I love it because it makes me forget all my worries and calms my mind down. Every stretch and movement is so therapeutic, I can’t even describe the feeling, you need to experience it. 😅

Yoga Movement has 8 studios across Singapore, and almost all studios have a shower room (except for the Novena outlet) and many other facilities that you need. They also provide lockers, yoga mats and yoga blocks for you.

Here are some things you need to take note of :

- bring a bottle (stay hydrated!)

- bring a towel for your yoga mat (or you can rent from them at $1)

- bring a towel for your sweat

They are available on ClassPass, crediting about 9-14 credits for each class (depending on the popularity of classes)! You can also purchase class packs from them, with the price ranging from $19-$33 per class. As for a single class, it’s priced at $35.

I chose to come to this outlet because it’s pretty near me and definitely much more convenient! I love how all their studios can cater to many people as they are widely spread out across Singapore. And all their yoga instructors are definitely properly trained. ❤️
