Roasted pork chop

We try not to do too much pork but when we do I try to choose a higher quality cut. These are thick cut boneless pork chops. I marinated with apple cider vinegar, pickle brine (could also use banana pepper brine) and honey for about 4 hours. I seasoned with steak seasoning and seared on each side. Throw in the oven at 325F for about 15 min. Can't miss. Super juicy. I did some chicken flavored noodles and/or leftover pasta salad on the side. You could definitely add a veggie, it was just one of those nights for me!
