JP | FREE Onsen Experience in Nikko

We stumbled upon this free onsen foot bath while exploring Yumoto Onsen. There were two main areas where you can soak your feet, with one being way hotter than the other. We visited in May when the weather was really chilly so the onsen felt sooo good.

Remember to bring a towel to dry your legs, or you can purchase one for 200 yen from the shop next door. Don't miss this when you are in Nikko!

🚌 Getting to the foot onsen

We took the bus from Tobu Nikko Station Bus stop all the way to Yumoto Onsen. The foot onsen is about 2-3 minutes walk from the bus stop.
