LOSE 5kg IN TWO MONTHS

ive been on diets but always ALWAYS lose track and go back to my usual habit instead 😔 but this time round I REALLY REALLY want to lose weight and do it for myself..

currently 63kg, goal is to reach 58/59 by dec! 🙏

ive even signed up for gym w my friend but that has not been confirmed so ill be eating in a calorie deficit & intermittent fasting!

i sometimes struggle w constipation & bloating too 😔

i hope to really stay on track this time round! will try my best to rmb to take photos of wtv i eat & post them!
