Current Read: Self Esteem

I am currently reading a book called “Self Esteem” by Matthew McKay PHD, and Patrick Fanning.

My therapist suggested this book to me and I am finding it very fascinating. I have been highlighting and flagging things that mean important things to me.

This book is a very easy read, but it will challenge you to confront the reasons that your inner critic attacks, and build up your confidence.

Definitely recommend.
