9-5 working in NYC🗽

working in New York City is truly such a unique experience. here’s what a day in my life looks like working out of my company’s NY office!

🏋️ starting my morning with a workout is the best! it wakes me up and gives me a positive beginning to the day. today I did a quick Pilates session!

☕️ grabbing coffee is essential to a great workday. I love the endless supply of amazing cafes around NYC, and the amazing latte I had this morning on the way to the office.

📆 most of my meetings happen in the afternoon since I work with many folks in a different time zone. it’s always a cool experience talking to and working with colleagues from all around the world.

🥗 food is fuel, especially during a work lunch break! I love choosing healthy, nourishing meals that give me the brain power to finish my day strong.
