Day in my life as an Interior designer in NYC

Here is my day as a junior interior designer working in New York City!

After graduating from university with a degree in Architecture, I obtained my masters in Interior Design! I have been living and working as an interior designer in New York City for about a year now and I absolutely love it!

I work in high end residential, and work on projects throughout New York City, The Hamptons, and Florida! My office is located in Midtown, look at that view from the window!

I start my day by leaving for work around 8:30am and taking the train downtown!

On mondays the office provides us with breakfast and I am the first on there in the kitchen ready for my morning bagel! Paired with my ice coffee, I am ready to go!

Usually, i start my day with some internal meetings and will have clients and vendors come through the office later in the afternoon.

Today a vendor came in and brought alot of glass samples, carpet samples, and hardware, they had an amazing collection! They also brough wine and cheese to create a fun happy hour for us!

I finish work around 6:00pm and get home around 6:30! Time to relax and prepare for the week!
