Was $8500 but have to paid $300 extra per month for my dog so 🤷🏻♀️
Pros:
- great location next to Bryant park and subways
- good build quality
- nice building staff (I do have to pay a lot for holiday tips thought)
cons:
- sometimes Bryant park could be loud for special events
- gym is tiny (shared with a 4star hotel)
- difficult to walk dog 🐶
